Shipping Policy

AN OPTION AT TIME OF ORDERING ONLINE IS OFFERED either Delivery OR Pickup

Delivery charges vary depending on distance from our store location (204 Campbell Street Rockhampton 4700).

Please note we do not deliver to locations more than 60klms from our store location, Pick Up will be the only option in that case.

NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY:

If you or your recipient are not home at the time of delivery, re-delivery may be available pending availability.

Re-delivery fee: $25.00

This fee will be invoiced to you directly via email, this must be paid in full prior in order for the re-delivery to take place.

Alternatively, pick up is available from 204 Campbell Street Rockhampton 4700.

Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances can change, but as we order our produce fresh and allocate time towards your order we have introduced the following cancellation policy & refund policy for all catering boxes.

  • Refund is available if 48 hours notice is provided.
  • Credit is available if 24 hours notice is provided (Day before order).
  • Same-Day cancellation is unfortunately not possible.

If your platter box/catering box order is or exceeds $340.00 and you wish to cancel or significantly decrease your order, we request that you provide us with a minimum of 3 days notice otherwise you will incur the full charge of your original order. Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY – GRAZING TABLES:

Once the booking is confirmed, the date and time is yours and we decline any other enquiry, no matter how many we receive. In the unlikely circumstance that you need to cancel your booking, we do have a cancellation policy in place, this is as follows:

If your grazing table booking is cancelled more than 6 weeks out from your event date, you will receive a full refund minus a $200 non-refundable deposit if paid in full.

If your grazing table booking is cancelled 2 – 6 weeks out (15 – 41 days) from your event date, you will forfeit your $200 non-refundable deposit.

Change of dates are to be treated as a new booking and will still adhere to the above refund & cancellation policy. Decreasing the length of your grazing table booking is not permitted within 2 weeks from your event date. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling any obligations under this contract, we will be released from this contract without penalty.

PAYMENT & SECURING YOUR BOOKING

On written confirmation (via email or placing an order on our website) you would like to proceed with your L A Graze booking you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Platter boxes:

Full payment is required for all orders before the date of delivery/pick up. Proof of payment required for payment made via bank transfer rather than credit card. We accept payment via the methods listed when placing an order through our website. All goods my property until paid for in full.

Grazing tables:

Payable on agreeing to proceed with your L A GRAZE grazing table booking is a $200 deposit. $200.00 of this deposit is non-refundable upon booking, unless cancellation takes place within close proximity of your event date (see full cancellation policy). Full payment is required 4 weeks out from your event date. If your booking is made within 4 weeks of your event date, full payment is required.

Payment due dates are outlined on your invoice.

Your booking is not officially secured until a deposit has been received.
