We ask that you give 2 days advance notice beforehand for grazing boxes and boards, if it’s a grazing table/event at least 3 day notice before the event to place your order.
As we pride ourselves on fresh produce, this allows us time to ensure we can have everything on hand for your event.
Delivery pricing varies depending on the distance to your location. For exact pricing enter your address at the cart/checkout stage and it will auto-calculate for you.
Pickup from our store is also an option which shows at cart/checkout stage.

* Please note we do not deliver to locations more than 60klms from our store location, Pick Up will be the only option in that case.

Yes, for our fabulous Gourmet Tables we have a 3 week lead time for booking. However if you would like other items, you can order those separately as they don’t require such a long lead/prep time.

Yes, just make a note at the checkout and ensure you give us the recipients mobile number along with any gift notes you’d like us to attach to the delivery!

Allergies: Grazing tables are not suitable for those who are allergic to nuts and are coeliac. Please state any Nut Allergies and severity when placing your booking so arrangements can be made to keep Nuts away from other foods or not have them at all. Grazing tables are suitable for those who follow gluten free / dairy free / vegan / vegetarian / diets when notice is given, additional fees may apply for substitute products.
Weather: We do not provide refunds or offer date reschedules in case of bad weather on the date of your grazing table booking. In the event of rain, it is your responsibility to make an alternate arrangement. We strongly encourage having a wet weather plan in place.
Fly prevention: If your event is being held outdoors or in the warmer months of the year, we strongly recommend purchasing fly nets / Shoo Away devices to assist with keeping the pesky flys away. Unfortunately in QLD in the warmer month of the year, flys are inevitable but we do encourage you to have your event indoors to aid with this.
It is your responsibility to provide fly nets should you wish to cover the food throughout your event.
Dealing with the heat: It is very important that your grazing table is located in a shady, cool location for the duration of the set up and event. Indoors with air-con is always preferable, particularly during the warmer months of the year.
Safety & Hygiene: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure children and guests are kept away when we are setting up. We cannot take any responsibility for any damage to property or persons caused by non-compliance. Pets and other animals must be prevented from entering any area where food is being prepared or served to meet food hygiene and safety requirements.
Clean up: If you have elected not to proceed with a clean up service as part of your booking, we do require that you clean all of our tableware hire goods (dip bowls, boards, cheese knives) prior to collection and must be returned within 3 business working days.
